The bi-weekly meal service is here to help lift the burden off of busy family schedules, assist professionals in a better work/life balance, and help seniors maintain their independence. Prepared in your own kitchen every two weeks, FoodZen will create healthy, nutritious meals based on your food preferences and dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, keto, dairy-free, and gluten-free. This service includes a one-on-one consultation to personalize your meals, grocery shopping, and 5 ready-to-go entrees (4-6 servings each), that are packaged with detailed reheating instructions.

Monthly Batch / Freezer Meal Service
Perfect for professionals who are looking for a healthy lunch, seniors who could use some extra help in the kitchen, and health-conscious individuals trying to stick to a food plan, the Monthly Meal Service provides you with ready-to-go meals prepared in your own kitchen. This service plan is a low-cost way to bring balance to your life. Includes a one-on-one consultation to personalize your meals, grocery shopping, and ready-to-go meals that are packaged as a single or double serving, with detailed reheating instructions.
